Linda Descano, CFA is an executive vice president at Red Havas,  a merged media communications agency, and former CEO of Citi’s award-winning Women & Co. business. Linda brings a unique perspective to this conversation having worked on both the client/brand and agency side, in a corporate HQ as well as a line of business, and having served as a team manager, project manager, account manager and executive leader in three different C-suite roles (CAO, COO and CEO).
