Based in Cypress, California, Hybrid Apparel is a diversified US based premiere apparel company servicing all tiers and trade channels of distribution. The company designs, develops, sources, produces and distributes apparel.
Follows required steps of the Licensing Coordinator SOP on a daily basis. Maintain constant communication with Licensor partners to obtain speedy approvals and gain status updates in a timely fashion. Gain expertise in their brands to ensure that any issues or blatant brand violation are addressed and corrected immediately. Review all Production Boards/Hot Lists to ensure all items being submitted for approval follow correct branding, coding, and creative guidelines. Keep and maintain an open line of communication between production managers and account managers to ensure all partners have a clear understanding of the status of pending approvals. Ensures all artwork, legal line, pad print, and hangtag information is correct and up-to-date, and ensures that the creative, production and trim departments are updated on the most current branding elements. Work closely with creative teams to achieve approvals on concept submissions and preproduction samples. Ensure that all PP and TOP samples are received within the contractually mandated deadline. Archive any and all submission stages and steps inclusive of concept and pre-production after 30 days of non-activity. Engages with Brand Managers to help expedite approvals when needed. Organize and maintain all submission, pre-production and TOP records and samples. Other duties may be assigned in accordance with company needs. Review “Ok To Show” and sends feedback to Sr Licensing Coordinator Updates Resource Key when Logins/Passwords change
Experience with apparel licensing preferred Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) Customer service experience helpful
