Job Responsibilities

The Licensing Assistant will provide support to the Licensing Coordinators and Licensing Director. This position will be based in the NY office traveling to our NJ office 1-2X per week depending on need. Major Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: - Assist in the organization of licensor samples - Manage Buy Boards for our team - Run monthly self-audit reports to ensure license compliance across brands - Submit garment testing reports to licensors - Maintain multiple project and delivery deadlines. - ·Provide administrative support to licensing department

Job Requirements

Skills: - ·Ability to prioritize workload in fast-paced environment - Creative problem solving, ability to think work through challenges - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail - Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel - Excellent communication and follow-up skills Experience: - College degree preferred. - Seeking a career path in Licensing - Excel Savvy - 1-2 years’ office setting experience - Experience working with brands in the apparel or licensing industry a plus - Willing to travel between New York and New Jersey
