Job Responsibilities

Ubisoft is looking for a Licensing Out Specialist who will develop the business bringing new licensing opportunities and who will monitor and leverage the existing licenses portfolio for all Ubisoft IPs (Assassin’s Creed, Rainbow Six, Rabbids, The Division, Just Dance, Far Cry, etc.) throughout the EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Asia) zone. Within the EMEA Consumer Products department, reporting to the Licensing Out Manager, your main missions will be the following:  Contribute to the building of the Licensing Out strategy across EMEA over the entire Ubisoft brands’ portfolio with a focus on Europe and esport  Fix and achieve a quantitative objective, establishing clear KPIs and managing your P&L  Identify, prospect for and close new licensing deals consistent with the strategy and revenue target  Ensure the fast negociation and execution of new licensing deals  Manage and develop the relationship with external and internal partners, such as agents, direct licensees, esport and marketing teams, and game studios.  Monitor the smooth development of the licensed products, in line with the studios’ guidelines, in a timely manner  Take part in the development and implementation of the on-site consumer products offer during esport events  Coordinate business development and day-to-day operations with the UK and French subsidiary teams  Communicate achievements in licensing, retail operations, merchandising events, to ensure good relay of information internally and externally  Assist in the development of tool kits enabling to optimize data tracking, sales reporting, business analysis, competitive and market intelligence.

Job Requirements

 Graduated from a MBA or equivalent master’s program  At least 2 years’ experience in licensing, within the video game or entertainment industry  Strong business and negotiation skills  Meticulous and organized, you are multi-task and able to work on several projects in parallel  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
