Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Licensing Industry professional (5 years of Licensing Industry experience required) who will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key enterprise accounts. We are a high-touch service provider that uses technology to support our clients in managing their brand licensing programs - including contracts, product approvals, royalty reporting, brand protection and much more. The ideal candidate will be able to: appropriately identify the needs of both new and current customers to aid those customers in their success using our suite of licensing software, help customers maximize software ROI through utilization of all modules and hold regular customer update meetings to measure progress against program goals. This position can be based out of our Alpharetta GA offices or near our automotive clients in Detroit MI.

Job Responsibilities

- Support new clients through the implementation process and ongoing after launch - Work cross-functionally within the company to communicate with all stakeholders in customers' success - Create and maintain relationships with customers to better understand and achieve their needs - Hold regular meetings with key accounts to ensure program requirements are being met - Create and host product training sessions for existing accounts and demonstrations for new accounts - Manage all reporting about the health of customers' accounts - Recommend system uses and best practices - including licensing industry best practices - to customers.
