GB eye Ltd is extremely proud to announce our nomination for the Licensing Awards 2011.
Our range of Star Wars classic posters and 3D posters has reached the final 6 of the Best Licensed Paper Products or Stationery Range in the 2011 awards, due to be held in London on 13th September. Over 5000 products were entered across the 7 categories and each product entry was judged by an extensive panel of top retail buyers, considering the excellence of design, innovation and originality, consumer targeting and quality of manufacture and packaging.
“We’ve been a Star Wars licensee since before Episode 1 and this nomination is a testament to the skill of our design studio – we’re very pleased to be recognised for the quality and design of the current range” said Max Arguile, Licensing Manager.
Lee Montague, Design Dept Manager also commented “as designers we love to bring a brand to life, and Star Wars has been a great example of what we can do. Making the final stages of these awards is great recognition”.
