In your opinion, what is the top skill every licensing executive should have in order to succeed?
A passion for what you do and the industry. My strong interest in the licensing industry is what drives me each day. I love what I do and I am so happy to work in licensing.

How do you want to change the licensing industry?
I want to help create a more diverse licensing industry. I am so happy to be a part of the Diversity and Inclusion Committee that is helping do just that!
