Brazil is one of the world’s largest health & beauty aids markets, ranking among the global top three. Carmed, a brand from the Cimed Group—one of Brazil’s leading healthcare companies—is the country’s top lip care brand, holding 70% market share with over 50 million units sold across 80,000 retail locations (primarily pharmacies), priced at an accessible $5 price point. The Carmed x Coca-Cola collaboration marked the largest launch in Carmed’s history, debuting an exclusive three -SKU collectible collection in Q4 2025. The teaser premiered at The Town, one of Brazil’s most influential music festivals, serving as the first consumer trial and building anticipation ahead of launch. The activation reached 29 million people, captured 46% of festival social conversation, ranked number two in TikTok Share of Voice, and drove six million units sold in at launch. Momentum continued through strong social execution and integration with Coca-Cola holiday caravan activations, delivering same day sell outs and +3,121% sales growth.

Dr. Squatch – Ford-150 Tough Scrub (CAA Brand Management)

 

After the success of the Ford Bronco Bricc between Ford and Dr. Squatch, the two brands came back with another road-ready collab, unleashing the new F-150 Tough Scrub. Designed to tackle dirt and grime head on, this powerhouse is crafted with natural corn cob powder and pumice to keep you fresh and ready for whatever the road brings next. This collection had 30% sell-through within five days of launch, over 250,000 entries to the Ford F-150 giveaway sweepstakes, and over one million impressions on Instagram.

Hard Candy – Girl Scouts Candy Collection (Earthbound Brands)

 

Following the overwhelming success of their first collection, Girl Scouts of the USA and the bold beauty icon, Hard Candy, launched a second Girl Scout Cookie™ inspired makeup collection at Walmart. Inspired by the flavors fans know and love, the cruelty-free assortment transformed classic cookies into playful, flavor-inspired cosmetics that invite creative self-expression. Building on the success of the first collection, the 2025 anniversary capsule incorporated key learnings to elevate the assortment and strengthen in-store impact, resulting in a fresh product mix that exceeded prior-year sales performance. The program was a huge hit with consumers and media alike, garnering over 840 million digital media impressions and a print placement in InTouch magazine. The corresponding influencer campaign generated more than six million video views and over 115 million impressions, underscoring the program’s popularity. The Tabasco x Sephora Collection is a standout example of what happens when two culturally iconic brands find genuine common ground. Tabasco’s bold, unapologetic identity translated seamlessly into the beauty space, resulting in a lip gloss collaboration that felt fresh, unexpected, and on brand for both partners. The collection launched globally across Sephora stores and online and hit the ground running. In under a month and a half, it generated 61% sell-through. Tabasco Red ranked number one and Sriracha ranked number two in Top 5 Retail Lip Gloss, with the overall line earning the number two Gloss Brand and the number four Gloss Franchise rankings globally. The digital response was equally strong. The collab pages were the top visited PDP on Sephora.com with roughly one million visits accounting for 19% of total lips traffic, while lips category traffic increased by more than 100%. The broader campaign drove 32 million organic impressions across a global activation in five countries.
