The H&M Group Joins Line-Up of Industry-Leading Speakers for the Products of Change Conference
How do we turn sustainability ambition into better products, stronger partnerships and business models built for the future? That question will be at the heart of the Products of Change Conference on 11 November 2026 at the Royal Geographical Society, London.
Convened by Products of Change, the brand and licensing industry’s sustainability body, the POC Conference brings together the people reshaping how consumer products are designed, made, sold and kept in use.
As the industry responds to changing regulation, consumer expectations and pressure on resources, this year’s programme will explore what progress looks like in practice. Through leadership discussions, real-world examples and shared learning, delegates will discover how businesses are moving from intent to implementation – and where collaboration can accelerate impact.
The H&M Group will be sharing how one of the world’s largest fashion retailers is driving innovation and developing the models needed to enable a more circular future for fashion.
Dylan Ross, business process lead, H&M Group, leads both compliance and governance, internally and externally, for re-sell, garment collection and all related streams, with a focus on EU legislation, human and environmental impact.
Dylan will be joined onstage for a retail panel with Decathlon and The Works to discuss how retailers can collectively unlock circularity at scale and what is needed from across the value chain to enable its implementation.
The expanded line-up brings further expertise to a programme featuring Tottenham Hotspur, BBC Studios, Moose Toys and UK Greetings, connecting perspectives from retail, entertainment, sport, manufacturing and design.
Bringing the next generation’s expectations into the conversation, Girlguiding will share how those voices helped put circularity at the heart of its uniform design. The session will explore how listening to young people can inform the products they wear and the decisions that shape their future.
For retailers, brand owners, manufacturers, suppliers, designers and innovators, the day offers an opportunity to look beyond individual business challenges, learn from others’ experience and build the relationships needed to move forward.
Come with questions. Leave with fresh ideas, practical insight and connections to help turn ambition into action.
Tickets are available now for in-person and digital attendance, enabling delegates worldwide to join the day’s insights and discussions, with networking opportunities for those attending in London. POC Members receive a 20% discount when booking while logged into the platform.
The conference is made possible by industry partners whose support helps create a space for shared learning, collaboration and practical progress across the brand and licensing community.
This year’s supporters include: Dreamtex, Character World, Warner Bros.
