The buzz is all about NFTs, and you’re thinking about jumping into the game. But is a NFT licensing agreement just like the others you’ve signed? How do you get paid? How do you define the platform(s)? And what’s a “smart contract” and how does it apply here? Pamela Deese, Partner in the Intellectual Property Group at Arent Fox, will guide you through the issues, with plenty of time for your questions and answers.
