Bendon Limited Merges With Naked Brand
Bendon Limited expands into sleepwear, merging with the Naked Brand Group. Bendon, whose licenses include Heidi Klum and Stella McCartney lingerie and swimwear, also sells products under its own Bendon, Bendon Man, Davenport and other brands through 4,000 stores and operates 60 locations in Australia, New Zealand and Ireland. Naked Brand sells men’s and women’s intimate apparel and sleepwear through department stores and has a partnership with Chicago Bulls star Dwayne Wade. Naked CEO Carol Hochman will be Chief Creative Officer of the combined company.
