New York, NY  – Saputo USA  launched a new collaboration with Mike’s Hot Honey at the Specialty Food Association’s Summer Fancy Food Show. The licensed brand will be paired with Saputo’s goat cheese brand Montchevre.

Retailers and attendees can sampled the new “Hot Honey Goat Cheese” product before it hits the shelves in September.

This collaboration is indicative of the consistent “sweet and heat” ingredient pairings trending across the category, designed to appeal to the more adventurous food and flavor palettes.

Additional new Saputo USA product innovations to be showcased at Summer Fancy Food include:

  • Treasure Cave Mild Blue Cheese, a mellow creamier version of our blue cheese. This is a great entry way into blue cheese for the blue-curious consumer who is hoping to expand their palate.
