DeAPlaneta Entertainment Launches ‘Amazing To Be Bookreads’ for Milo Franchise
Barcelona, Spain — DeAPlaneta Entertainment’s Milo preschool franchise is taking another step in the evolution of its digital universe with the launch of Amazing To Be Bookreads.
It is a new collection within Milo’s BookReads that invites the character’s fans to discover the world of professions through stories narrated by real professionals.
The first episode in this new chapter focuses on teaching and features Giulia Montanari, a teacher and author of educational books for children. Through her own voice, Montanari introduces young audiences to the day-to-day life of a teacher and the joy of supporting children as they learn and grow.
Each instalment of Amazing To Be Bookreads combines a personal introduction by the guest, an illustrated story and a closing message encouraging children to explore their interests and imagine what they might like to do when they grow up. The involvement of real professionals brings authenticity to the stories, offering an accessible and engaging insight into what each job entails and how it contributes to society.
The launch of Amazing To Be Bookreads is part of the continued expansion of Milo, which is growing through new digital content, music releases and interactive experiences. The series will return in 2027 with its third season, comprising 52 new episodes that will expand the world of Milo, Lofty and Lark with new professions, characters such as Twilo, Milo’s little sister, and an increased focus on visual humour and music. Milo launched in May 2021 in the UK on Channel 5’s Milkshake program.
The first episode of Amazing To Be Bookreads is now available in Italian on YouTube and Spotify. Further instalments will join the collection soon, featuring professionals from different fields and countries, including singer-songwriter Laura Moreno, paediatrician Nerea Sarrión and veterinarian Gonçalo da Graça.
