How do you start your day?
I wake up at 5:30am, take my son to school, go to the gym, and then I finally start working at 8:00am either at my home or in the office.

What’s one item you always need on your desk?
A bottle of water.

What unique skill or characteristic do you bring to your team?
Focus on the client. It’s all about finding solutions to a problem and always letting the client know that you are working for them.

What is something you learned at a previous job that prepared you for your current role? 
I learned to always believe in me, no matter what others might say.

What is your favorite aspect of your current role?
Being communicative, managing the overall, and always making things happen.

If you had an extra hour in your workday, how would you use it?
I would read more.

What is one thing you need to do every day to feel accomplished?
Talk to people and feel that I am being useful.

Are you a carry-on or checked bag traveler?
I would like to have the ability to just have a carry-on, but I am a woman.

What do you always have in your suitcase on a work trip?
Skin care and make-up. And I can’t forget my phone charger!

If you weren’t in licensing, what would you be doing?
I would be working in the tourism market, which I did previously before entering the licensing industry.

What advice would you give to yourself 10 years ago?
Discover your true skills and stick with them.

What are you most excited about moving forward?
That there is always a different future that we never control. Life is always surprising!
