How do you start your day?
Always coffee first. And then, I take my dog for a walk and get in a workout.

What’s one item you always need on your desk?
A notebook and pen. I take copious written notes.

What unique skill or characteristic do you bring to your team?
I’m very calm.

What is something you learned at a previous job that prepared you for your current role?
Conflict resolution. I think it’s something we should all be taught.

What is your favorite aspect of your current role?
When a couple gets engaged at The Friends Experience. It happens more often than you’d think, but it’s still pretty special every time.

What is one thing you would change about the licensing industry? 
I would make it more collaborative. The licensor/licensee relationship is a unique one and I think there’s room to approach it a bit differently.

If you had an extra hour in your workday, how would you use it?
Making 1:1 unscheduled phone calls to my team. I still find them most productive.

What is one thing you need to do every day to feel accomplished?
I make a top five list at the start of every day and work to check it off by end of day.

Are you a carry-on or checked bag traveler?
Always carry-on.

What do you always have in your suitcase on a work trip?
Workout clothes and snacks.

If you weren’t in licensing, what would you be doing?
Probably something in hospitality. Location-based entertainment is sort of in that realm, but I am passionate about good customer service.

What advice would you give to yourself 10 years ago?
Buckle up.

What are you most excited about moving forward?
I’m excited for our team to open The Friends Experience: The One in Las Vegas early next year and to debut some new features just for Las Vegas.
