LIMA provides our members with access to sample licensing agreements to help them navigate their licensing deals. We are proud to announce – in addition to the Licensor and Manufacturer versions already offered – that we have now expanded our collection to include both the Licensing Agent agreement and the Manufacturer’s Representative agreement.

Authored by Gregory Battersby, Esq, LIMA’s Legal Counsel and member of the Licensing Hall of Fame, each agreement is tailored to the specific needs of each party. While general in nature, they cover the legal basics of standard contracts in the Licensing Industry.

The sample contracts provide an independent and non-prejudiced set of documents from which comparisons to the agreements you are working with can be evaluated.
