Medialink launches edutainment VOD platform, Ani-Kids™

Following the success of Ani-One® anime platform in the region and over 730k subscribers with more than 55 millions views on its YouTube channel, Medialink Group Limited (2230.HK) is pleased to announce the launch of its Hong Kong first edutainment video-on-demand platform – Ani-Kids™, on myTV SUPER on September 19th. Ani-Kids™ will showcase entertainment and educational content from around the world to bring fun, learning and adventures to kids.

A wide variety titles for Ani-Kids™ include “FOOD Man”, which is shortlisted for the Golden Bell Award; the popular cartoon of its singing series “Leo the Truck – Sing with Leo“; pre-school series, such as “Robocar POLI Nursery Rhymes”, which is a Korean-made creative animation co-produced by ROI VISUAL and EBS.  Children can learn various values such as love, friendship, trust, forgiveness, and consideration. “HAPPIPLAYGROUND”, which is surrounded by an eco-friendly oriented family who has great passion for life and the earth. “Kawanimals”, which is about the stories of cute little animals teaching children to heal the world with kindness.

Moreover, Ani-Kids™ will include “English Tree TV”, which has a collection of popular children’s songs, including colors, ABC’s, vehicles, fruit, feelings, and many more very popular among the kids around the world! Perfect for babies, toddlers, and young children to sing-along to! And it has popular Japanese animation series for older kids, such as “Ninjaboy Rantaro” and “Kaasan Mom’s Life”.

Apart from these, Medialink will get more content for Ani-Kids™ and look forward to have Ani-Kids™ rolling out to other Asian territories and seek for opportunity to expand it to other platforms.
