OpSec Security Acquires Trademarx LLC
Lancaster, Penn. — September 9, 2015 — OpSec Security, the global leader in protecting, authenticating, and enhancing brands, services and revenues, announced the acquisition of Trademarx LLC, a leading SaaS solution for online artwork approvals, asset distribution and licensing contract management. Previously a joint venture between Arivium, Inc., Fusionary Media and Learfield Licensing, Trademarx was acquired in its entirety by OpSec bringing the software under one ownership and management team.
With a robust roadmap that will incorporate both short-term and long-term releases, OpSec will assimilate the application into a next-generation software platform to be announced in the near future. Upon completion, OpSec will be on the forefront of a new level of integrated business intelligence tools.
