As the Principal/Licensor of Pilot Instruments Collection, Alcione and NX-5, I am proud to announce that we have appointed BMG Global as our master licensee for South Korea. After careful evaluation, we strongly feel that this collaboration will bring our three lifestyle brands to the next level.
Sessom Asia investments into these three brands to drive and create a lifestyle consumer products program worldwide has taken a huge step in the licensing industry.
A company founded in 2002, persevered & determined, is now acknowledged as one of the major retail solutions provider, Licensor, Licensing Agent, Master Licensee and Brand Management company.
Starting from providing retail solutions, Sessom Asia felt that more can be done with its experience and expertise and find that it is right time to diversify and widen it business scope by introducing new Brand Names to the market in our region.
Sessom Asia set up a new Licensing Division to source and represent renown brands as a Licensing Agent or as a Master Licensee to bridge Brand Owners/Licensors to its existing and new business partners to instantly tap their existing production, distribution and marketing systems that these established companies may have spent decades building who can substantially increase their business portfolio and volume.
With this new division, Sessom Asia brought in Pilot Instruments Collection, Alcione and NX-5 as its core Licensing Brand covering the global markets.
I am very pleased to partner BMG Global as our master licensee to bring new heights to our brands. BMG Global was established in 2016, under M&A with AMNCO, the Korean subsidiary of world famous licensing company “CRAZY BELL SRL” specializing in total brand consulting, fashion merchandising as well as licensing. With its incorporation, BMG Global is already representing renown brands such as Pantone (U.S.A.) and Ivana Helsinki (Finland) just to name a couple.
COO & EVP of BMG Global, Mr. Alex Lee will lead the growth using his vast years of experience in J.ESTINA Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ listed, Fashion company), Mario Outlet Co., Ltd. (Distribution and Fashion Division), Fossil Korea Limited, The Walt Disney Company (Korea) and Wal-Mart Korea Co., Ltd. which is why we are very confident to award this Master License to BMG Global. He will line up the licensing, product development, brand management, retail and distribution strategy for Pilot Instruments Collection, Alcione and NX-5.
