Silver Buffalo, having established a base in drinkware and wall décor, is moving into home goods, says EVP Greg Alprin.

The company will launch tabletop (plates, bowls, flatware), room storage, planters, piggy banks, lighting and clocks in spring 2019 under licenses including DC Comics, Harry Potter, Star Wars, Marvel, The Simpsons, Family Guy, and Bob’s Burger.

“We are looking to round out the complete room, whether that is a bedroom, entertainment space or another room,” says Alprin.

Silver Buffalo also recently signed deals with several studios for library titles, including Twentieth Century Fox Film (i.e. Sandlot, Titanic, American Horror Story and Buffy the Vampire Slayer); Sony Pictures Entertainment (Step Bothers, Talladega Nights, Men in Black, Ghostbusters) and Universal Pictures (Dazed and Confused, Breakfast Club, Big Lebowski). The company also signed  with the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) for drinkware, plates and blankets, says Alprin.
