Walmart Launches Tapatio Spicy Tomato Juice at 2,000 stores
Legendary hot sauce brand, Tapatio, together with its exclusive licensing agency, Brand Central LLC, continue to expand the brand’s reach by launching six-packs of spicy tomato juice earlier this month in at 2,000 of 4,756 U.S. Walmart stores and online. A Tapatio licensee is supplying the juice as an exclusive to Walmart for a period of time.
Tapatio Hot Sauce is an authentic Hispanic brand, founded and run but the Saavedra Family. Tapatio’s unique and craveable flavor helped the brand enter multiple food and beverage product categories that capitalize on the consumer trend for ethnic and spicy foods.
This new tomato juice joins Tapatio’s existing licensing program including Frito-Lay for Doritos, Starkist Tuna and Conagra for BIG’s sunflower seeds.
