Smiffys are delighted to announce a partnership with Manic Panic, the leader in creative hair color and cosmetics, for an exclusive line of licensed wigs set to launch at the Halloween and Party Expo in New Orleans.

Manic Panic, the outrageously wild brainchild of two New York City rock and roll sisters, Tish and Snooky Bellomo, launched in 1977 as America’s first Punk Boutique. For over 42 years, Manic Panic has been setting trends and providing inspiration to the beauty and fashion industries.
