Lenox Corp. Sold to New York Investment Firm

Bristol, PA — Lenox Corp,, whose licensed brands include Kate Spade and Marchesa, was acquired by an affiliate of Centre Lane Partners, LLC (“Centre Lane”), a New York-based private investment firm. The deal also includes the namesake Lenox brand as well as Dansk and Reed & Barton.
