Former Loungefly/Funko executives bring deep experience and a quirky fan-first twist to the licensed accessories market

Goodie Two Sleeves/Whatever! Company has appointed Liz Desilva and Derrick Baca to lead the charge in expanding their private label and newly created branded accessories division.

Liz Desilva brings over 20 years of experience in leading and setting market trends in both licensed apparel and accessory spaces. Desilva has established herself as a fan-first creative whom studios and licensors alike have turned to bring fun, cheerful and unique interpretations of their various IP’s. As Chief Creative Officer, Desilva will lead Whatever! Company’s creative team that will be responsible for building unique products for various retailers. In addition, Desilva will work closely with Derrick Baca to create new and innovative brands that will launch into the market in 2025.

Derrick Baca brings over 27 years of experience which spans from Retail, in which he was a Buyer, Planner and DMM; to the manufacturing world in which he has held various executive positions in Sales, Merchandising and Licensing. As Chief Merchandising and Innovation Officer, Baca will be tasked with expanding the product development and licensing initiatives of Whatever! Company and work closely with Liz Desilva to create new and innovative brands that will launch into the market in 2025.
