Campbell Soup Company and Pabst Blue Ribbon have joined forces to create two limited-edition beer-infused soups. Launching exclusively at Walmart this August, these beer-infused soups blend PBR’s iconic malty profile with Chunky’s hearty recipes in a collaboration that redefines comfort food innovation.

Campbell’s Chunky x Pabst Blue Ribbon Beer Cheese with Potatoes & Chorizo Soup combines savory Spanish chorizo, tender potatoes, and a creamy cheese base infused with PBR’s distinct flavor. Its counterpart, Chunky x PBR Beef, Bacon & Beer Chili with Beans, layers seasoned beef, smoky bacon, and kidney beans in a rich, beer-kissed tomato broth. Both varieties pack 22g of protein per serving and are crafted for bold, shareable moments—perfect for ladling into bread bowls, drizzling over nachos, or even topping stadium hot dogs.

Ryan Pawling, Campbell’s Chunky Senior Brand Manager, calls it “the ultimate flavor collaboration.” He notes, “Our fans love unexpected taste experiences. Pairing Chunky’s recipes with PBR’s iconic flavor brings something uniquely satisfying to the soup aisle.” Pabst Senior Brand Director Rachel Keeton adds that the partnership “celebrates the spirit of both brands—unpretentious, flavorful, and made for real-life enjoyment.”

Starting August 21, the brands will host a dive-bar takeover at New York City’s Ray’s Bar, offering soup samples, PBR pairings, custom caricatures, and limited merch. A nationwide food truck tour kicks off September 3, visiting Walmart parking lots nationwide for one month. Shoppers can grab the soups at Walmart stores while supplies last through late 2025.
