Rocket Licensing Brings Universal Appeal of Bing to BLE

New products, new campaigns, new territories for the award-winning pre-school TV series
Rocket Licensing will highlight new product ranges, important brand campaigns and impressive territory expansion for Bing, the pre-school TV series from Acamar Films.
With universal appeal and wonderful storytelling at its heart, Bing has built a huge following by exploring moments in a toddler’s life that they strongly identify with. The program has 10 billion lifetime views on YouTube alone and is a massive hit on CBeebies and BBC iPlayer, with a strong following on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok. Bing content is also available on multiple BBC platforms.
The past year has seen more music videos, new audio stories, new educational content, and new stop motion videos, while launches for the TV series have been announced for the Middle East, Turkey and Latin America, with more to come.
The Bing consumer products program is in good health. Market leader and master toy licensee Rainbow Designs is planning a refreshed look for Bing toys, including new designs and added interactive elements, with the first launch coming in Q4 2025.
New ranges of books have been published – with more planned for 2026 – by HarperCollins. Renewed partnerships in the UK and internationally are to be announced soon. There’s also been a growing expansion of the consumer products program in European territories, including Greece, this year.
As have support campaigns, notably the Getting ready for life… It’s a Bing thing! brand campaign, recently launched in the UK, which focuses on helping children and grown-ups navigate everyday challenges, supporting emotional and social development, and encouraging resilience and creativity. Getting ready for life… It’s a Bing thing! offers tips, activities and references to relevant Bing episodes that can help children get ready for life in a supportive and useful way. The campaign is set to be localised and rolled out to other markets in 2026. More information can be found here.
Laura Clarke, Executive Director of Global Licensing, Acamar Films, says: “It’s a busy time for Bing, whose appeal as a brand, combined with its acknowledged role in child development, makes it a unique proposition in the market. That’s why we’re delighted to be collaborating with Rocket to explore fresh opportunities and expand the brand’s reach in the UK.”
Rob Wijeratna, Joint Managing Director of Rocket Licensing, adds: “Bing is an extraordinary brand – one that entertains, educates and supports both growing children and parents. BLE is our first opportunity to highlight our ongoing plans for this unique property across multiple categories. Do visit us at stand A205 to find out more.”
