The International Licensing Merchandisers’ Association is saddened by the passing of its former chairman, Lois Sloane. The founder of SloaneVision Unlimited (SVU), Lois was a pioneer in the Licensing industry with a career that spanned more than 30 years in entertainment, corporate, lifestyle, sports and art brands. As a leader in the licensing industry she was responsible for establishing the Charity Committee and played an integral role in the creation of a new format for the association’s annual Gala. Lois was honored for her dedication to the licensing industry in 2003 as a recipient of the Licensing Industry Hall of Fame Award.
