Wherever we are in our careers, we can all benefit from mentoring experiences. Strong relationships can empower great careers at all levels. Mentoring brings value to everyone involved—mentees have an opportunity to gain wisdom from an experienced professional while mentors can gain new perspectives and have an opportunity to invest in someone who can benefit from their skilled guidance.
We will review applications and recommend matches for mentees and mentors. Please note that applying to the program does not guarantee that every mentee will be matched with a mentor. The more members who apply to mentor, the more mentees we can serve. Once the matches have been made, you will receive an email introducing you to your mentor or mentee. Mentees must be members of Licensing International.

Mentor Certification Program
The Mentor Certification Program gives you best practices and includes tools to support you, whether you are part of the LI mentoring program or running mentoring inside your own organization. This short course is available for free to LI members.
This program helps mentees set goals, prepare for sessions, take action between meetings, and build a professional relationship that works. It also provides mentors with the tools they need to effectively support their mentee. It is ideal for organizations that want to run internal programs or prepare employees to participate fully when they join LI’s mentoring program.
In addition to the short course How to Be a Great Mentor, which is available for free to all Licensing International members, the Mentor Certification Program also includes a masterclass on mentoring and a course that will prepare you to make the most of the mentoring relationship.
