CopCorp Appoints Angelotti Licensing in Brazil, BN Licensing in Benelux, Caldarelli Licensing in Italy; Renews Barcode Kitties Pacts for MJA in France,P&L Global Network in Mexico, and Sinerji in Turkey
NEW YORK (January 12, 2012) – CopCorp Licensing President Carole Postal today announced the appointment of three new sub-agents as well as renewed pacting with three existing sub-agents to manage licensing programs for Barcode Kitties™, the charming girls art brand featuring lovely “kawaii kittens” with bar codes for whiskers, in their respective territories.
• Sao Paulo-based Angelotti Licensing (www.luizangelotti.com) has been appointed to manage the licensing program for Barcode Kitties™ in Brazil.
• BN Licensing (www.bnlicensing.com) has been entrusted with responsibility for managing the Barcode Kitties™ brand in Benelux (i.e., Belgium, Netherlands, and Luxembourg).
• Milan’s C.L.A. Caldarelli Licensing Agency (www.clalicensing.com) has been appointed to manage the licensing programs for Barcode Kitties™ throughout Italy.
Agency appointments have been renewed in France, Mexico and Turkey.
• MJA Licensing (www.mjalicensing.com) will continue to manage and grow the Barcode Kitties brand licensing program in France. Originally appointed by CopCorp in 2008, MJA is credited with establishing a strong and diverse Barcode Kitties licensing roster in France.
• P&L Global Network (www.plglobalnetwork.com), which has managed the Barcode Kitties licensing program in Mexico and throughout Central America as well as much of the Andean region of South America since 2006, continues as agent for that wide-ranging and important territory.
• Sinerji will continue to oversee the Barcode Kitties brand licensing program in Turkey.
