Bing Partners with Val di Sole Ski Resort for Exciting Family Experience in Italy

London, UK — Acamar Films, the award-winning company behind the beloved CBeebies and Rai Yoyo hit show Bing, is thrilled to announce a new partnership between Bing and Val di Sole Tourism Board to deliver a Bing-themed family experience in Italy. The activation will take place from 22 March to 4 April 2025 across three Family Parks within the Skiarea Folgarida Marilleva.

Children can enjoy daily meet-and-greets with Bing and Flop costume characters, along with interactive kids dance sessions featuring Bing music. A dedicated screening area will showcase a selection of Bing episode clips, and the Family Parks will be adorned with Bing-themed decorations, including branded flags, arches, and banners. The experience will also include various themed activities throughout the park, ensuring an engaging and unforgettable visit for families.

“We’re delighted to partner with Val di Sole Tourism Board to create a memorable experience for young children and families.” said Kirsty Southgate, Director of Experiential & Promotions at Acamar Films. “This partnership allows us to connect with families in a new and exciting way, bringing Bing’s world to life in a stunning location. We can’t wait to see the joy this event will bring to little ones and their families.”

“We are excited to partner with Acamar Films to bring the beloved character Bing to life at our resort.” said Fabio Sacco, Director of the Val di Sole Tourism Board. “This collaboration allows us to offer a unique and enjoyable experience for families visiting Val di Sole. We believe this Bing-themed event will enhance the appeal of our Family Parks and create special moments for our youngest visitors.”

Maurizio Distefano, whose licensing agency has been managing Bing‘s licensing program in Italy for a number of years and who brokered the deal, states: “We are proud to have contributed to initiating the collaboration between Acamar Films and the Val di Sole Tourism Board. Bing is much loved by Italian families, and this partnership will offer a unique experience that will delight both children and adults.”

This partnership will be supported by a comprehensive marketing campaign launching in December 2024, aimed at driving engagement and bookings.

About Vale di Sole
Mountains, glaciers, rivers, lakes: Val di Sole is pure mountain, a territory waiting to be explored. We are in northwestern Trentino, nestled between the Ortles Cevedale, Adamello Presanella mountain ranges, and the Brenta Dolomites, which were declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2009.

During the long winter season, Val di Sole offers numerous opportunities for skiing enthusiasts. The Folgarida-Marilleva ski area, connected to Madonna di Campiglio and Pinzolo, creates an immense network of slopes, covering over 150 km. The Presena glacier and Passo Tonale, together with Pontedilegno, form another circuit of 100 km of slopes. In the Stelvio National Park, Pejo is the perfect spot for family skiing, as well as ski mountaineering for those seeking a deep connection with nature. https://www.visitvaldisole.it/it
