Brand Licensing Europe Online Event Planner Opens to Visitors with Host of New Features to Help Them ‘Smart Plan’ Schedules

With over 210 exhibiting companies and hundreds more brands from all over the world confirmed for Brand Licensing Europe (BLE) 2025, the show’s online Event Planner opens to visitors today allowing them to discover properties, connect with exhibitors, request meetings and add conference sessions and networking events to their calendars.

This powerful free tool is now automatically accessible to all registered attendees, providing a comprehensive resource centre to help them navigate the show and prepare for their visit, significantly enhancing their ROI. BLE takes place 7-9 October this year at Excel London and registration is now open.

Over 6,000 meetings were booked through the Event Planner last year, and this year it launches with a host of new features to help visitors plan their schedules even smarter. They include:

Help with wayfinding ensuring visitors get between meetings efficiently, including highlighting how many minutes it will take to walk from one stand to another

An integrated floorplan and A to B mapped guidance for easier stand searching

Smart meeting planning, which nudges visitors to book meetings based on stand location, saving time between stops

Agenda synch to show where conference sessions, networking and other key show events are located

The ability to save searches, whether that’s people, brands or content, and set up alerts so visitors instantly know when there are new matches.

Additional key benefits of the Event Planner:

Brand directory search: Helps visitors to understand which exhibitors own/manage which brands so they can connect with the right people.

Licensing partnership opportunities: Visitors can request meetings with hundreds of global and region-specific brand owners to explore and secure new licensing partnerships.

Schedule planning: They can also add conference sessions and networking events to their personal calendars to plan their show itineraries and make their most of their trips to the show.

“Last year, nearly 300 retailers attending BLE used the Event Planner to book meetings, and the feedback was so positive,” said Laura Freedman-Dagg, Head of Retail at BLE.

“Many retailers know what brands they want to meet with but not necessarily where to find them, so the Event Planner is brilliant for discoverability. The new features will make it even easier for attendees to find their way around the show and create even more efficient schedules to make sure they get the very best out of the time they are with us. We know how busy and time-strapped they are, so anything we can do to make life easier for them we know is hugely appreciated.

“To access the free Event Planner tool, attendees simply need to register for Brand Licensing Europe 2025. It’s free and quick and gives retailers and manufacturers the best possible chance to secure meetings with the brands their customers love.”

Exhibitor testimonials

BLE exhibitors already have access to the Event Planner and have been populating it with IPs and information. Here is some of the feedback from last year:

“The BLE Event Planner is definitely a plus for the event to anticipate our meetings and make new contacts,” Head of Licensing – Les Editions Albert Rene – Asterix

“The BLE planner is a great application that makes BLE very accessible for a first experience at the event. Also, all the team on the concierge service are very accessible and responded efficiently to our requests.” Community & Marketing Manager – Tsume.

“A massive help at the show and made many new meaningful connections through the platform that wouldn’t have been possible otherwise. Overall, a hugely important tool.” Licensing Executive – Penguin Ventures.
