Happy Meal Program Based on Top Boys Brand Currently Available in
North American Restaurants

Cartoon Network Enterprises (CNE), the licensing and merchandising arm of Cartoon Network, announced today an agreement with McDonald’s for a Ben 10 Ultimate Alien Happy Meal program that is currently available at North American restaurants. Based on the top-rated Cartoon Network original series, the Ben 10 Ultimate Alien program will run through September 15, while supplies last, at all McDonald’s restaurants in North America. With a Happy Meal purchase, fans of the boys action series will receive one of six different translucent figures based on ultimate and original versions of popular aliens from the series such as all three ultimate aliens – Humungousaur, Echo Echo and Cannonbolt with their original alien inside – as well as three original aliens – Rath, Armadrillo and Water Hazard with a Ben Tennyson figure inside. This marks the first Ben 10 Happy Meal program at McDonald’s.

The McDonald’s Ben 10 Ultimate Alien Happy Meal promotion is supported by a number of in-store, on air and online elements to maximize awareness and purchases. In-store elements include customized Happy Meal boxes featuring Ben 10 characters and art, vestibule posters, toy displays, drive-thru translites, pylon signs and coloring/activity pages. Additionally, television commercials will promote the three-week program, as well as banner advertisements and Ben 10-involvement in McWorld®, McDonald’s virtual world at Happymeal.com.
