Presenting a new spin on a Nickelodeon classic, Urban Outfitters is excited to introduce Chinatown Market x SpongeBob – an exclusive collection featuring pop culture icon and Bikini Bottom resident, SpongeBob SquarePants.
A sneak peek of the collection debuted at the Urban Outfitters booth at ComplexCon in Long Beach, CA, giving early access to one of the tees in the collection. SpongeBob also made a surprise appearance at the event and briefly took the reins at the Chinatown Market customization station.
The Chinatown Market x SpongeBob assortment will include the Chinatown x SpongeBob Face Tee in black, Chinatown x SpongeBob Weenie Hut Tee in moss, Chinatown x SpongeBob Gary the Snail Tee in white, Chinatown x SpongeBob Pictogram Tee in orange, and the Chinatown x SpongeBob Hoodie in white. Prices range from $44.00 to $90.00 USD.
The collection launches in select UO stores across North America and on urbanoutfitters.com on Monday, December 3rd. To celebrate the launch of the collection, Urban Outfitters will host an event at the UO Melrose location in Los Angeles, CA, on Sunday, December 9th. The event will feature one-of-a kind customization by Chinatown Market and a special SpongeBob character appearance.
