NEW YORK (September 30, 2014) – The upcoming Season Five of Downton Abbey promises dramatic changes for the Crawley household yet the Downton Abbey licensing program continues to steer a steady course with trusted partners.
Knockout Licensing Co-Presidents Carole Postal and Tamra Knepfer today announced renewed/extended deals with key Downton Abbey licensees Wonder-Shirts, Cryptozoic Entertainment, Katalyst Licensing & Promotions, and Cost Plus World Market.
“The success of our Downton Abbey licensing program is a testament to the television series and to the excellent work being done by each of these licensees,” Postal explained. “They’ve proven themselves great partners and we look forward to continuing our work with them in the coming years.” 

  • Wonder-Shirts Inc., one of the very first manufacturers to become an official Downton Abbey licensee, has renewed its grant and will continue to manufacture and market Downton Abbey t-shirts and tote bags.
  • Cryptozoic Entertainment (www.cryptozoic.com), maker of Downton Abbey Season One & Season Two collectible trading card sets, has renewed its licensing agreement with plans for additional card sets covering subsequent seasons. Founded in 2010, Cryptozoic is a premier developer and publisher of original and licensed board games, card games, comics and trading cards for many high-profile properties.
  • Canadian licensee Katalyst Licensing & Promotions Inc. has been granted rights to continue producing a wide range of Downton Abbey products – including Drinkware, Kitchenware, Printed Products, Accessories, and Novelties – for select Canadian specialty retailers.
  • Cost Plus World Market – after a very successful promotional program, combined with select Downton Abbey products (including exclusive and Direct-To-Retail items) in Holiday 2013 program – is set to anniversary last year’s program with an expanded Downton Abbey program for its 265 stores in the U.S. this Holiday 2014.
