 NEW YORK (September 17, 2015) –Knockout Licensing celebrates the launch of the Downton Abbey brand’s transition from television property to evergreen lifestyle brand. With the very successful Downton Abbey licensing program entering its fourth year, new licensed products will continue to offer fans beautiful items and stylish collections for many years to come.
Knockout Licensing Co-President Carole Postal today announced that licensing deals have been renewed with several licensees, including plans for the third-year of a Downton Abbey holiday promotional program with specialty retailer Cost Plus World Market, and extensions that enable licensees to develop products for 2016, 2017, and beyond.
“Like everyone else, we are looking forward to watching the upcoming must-see season of Downton Abbey,” said Postal. “Furthermore, thanks to syndication, on-demand channels, DVD/Blu-Ray videos, touring exhibitions, and more, we are also looking forward to having Downton Abbey around for devoted fans as well as for new audiences to discover well beyond Season Six’s final episode.”

  • Kurt Adler renewed its license for a range of Downton Abbey holiday decor items including hanging ornaments, stocking hangers, and more.
  • Workman Publishing once again extended its Downton Abbey license to include 2017 Engagement Diaries and 2017 Page-A-Day Calendars.
  • Rizzoli International Publications extended its Downton Abbey license to include 2017 and 2018 Wall Calendars, as well as 2017 and 2018 Mini Wall Calendars.
