LIMA Japan’s Global Licensing Committee is looking for participants for its next meeting taking place on 15th September in Tokyo. The committee organizes workshops and discussions on issues related to licensing in international markets. Participation is open to any LIMA member currently involved or interested in global licensing.

The theme for this meeting, a casual round-table discussion, is “Selecting a Licensing Property”. We will explore the process of choosing overseas properties for licensing business development in Japan and will also look at preparing Japanese properties for debut overseas. The meeting will predominantly be in the Japanese-language but English speakers are welcome to participate. Drinks will be provided. Please bring your property materials (such as catalogues, samples and key visuals) for use as reference during the meeting.
