Her career includes leadership roles at Komar, where she identified new brand opportunities, optimized retail programs, and fostered cross-department collaboration. At Accutime Watch, she managed a diverse portfolio of brands, expanded international market presence, and launched a digital toy division. Earlier, as a country licensing agent for global studios like Warner Brothers, Mattel, and Sanrio, Maya successfully launched brands and executed cross-platform marketing strategies.
