March 11, 2013  — Planeta Junior Italy, who handles the licensing rights for the famous Jungle Book series, has awarded the Nestle Group the license for Easter 2013 chocolate eggs (150 gr).
Jungle Book tells the extraordinary adventures of Mowgli and his friends in a fun and adventurous series that sees the protagonist grow and learn to live in the dangerous jungle.
The protagonists of this adventure are the wise and mature bear Baloo, Bagheera the panther young and enthusiastic, the tiger and the python Kaa Sherekhan, but there will be new and intriguing characters, such as members of the group of wolves (Mowgli’s brothers).
Drama, excitement, adventure and fun along with the typical elements of comedy are the distinctive characters of this animated series that will accompany the audience in the extraordinary adventures of Mowgli.
The series, produced by DQ Entertainment, has been already transmitted with great success on RAI Due and will be back during 2013.
Planeta Junior Italia is handling all licensing products categories in Italy, Greece and Cyprus.  Additional contracts have been signed for publishing, apparel and other products soon to be on the market.
