Planning Your Trip to Licensing Expo
Licensing Expo is just nine weeks away, which means the time is right to get all of your travel plans in order!
This year’s event will mark the licensing industry’s return to Vegas after more than two years. But in order to take advantage of Expo’s in-person networking opportunities (and to finally escape the never-ending cycle of virtual meetings), it’s crucial for attendees to book flights and hotel accommodations as soon as possible.
We encourage the global community to attend Expo, though we understand that direct flights to Vegas may be harder to come by (especially for exhibitors and attendees traveling from Europe and the UK). Direct flights may also be prohibitively expensive, which is why Licensing International recommends flying via a hub city.
From the UK, popular routes travel through New York and Los Angeles. There are several flights a day, providing greater flexibility. From Europe, routes that travel through Montreal and Toronto are also popular routes in addition to NYC and LA. Alternate hub cities to consider include Chicago, Atlanta, Dallas, and San Francisco. Attendees able to stay a Saturday night in Vegas—either before or after Expo—can considerably reduce the costs of flights.
When it comes to booking accommodations, Convention Housing Partners is the only official housing company associated with Licensing Expo. CHP features room allocations and discounted rates throughout the Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino and beyond.
Licensing Expo will take place from May 24-26 at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center and the Licensing International team looks forward to seeing you there. Registration for the event is available online.
