The decision to rename the firm “Grimes LLC” stems from the partners’ desire to acknowledge  that the firm’s thirty three years of unparalleled excellence has occurred under Chuck’s direction and stewardship as the firm’s managing partner.
 
The “Grimes” name is synonymous with clarity of vision, strength of leadership, sound guidance and direction, wise counsel and effective advocacy.   Most of all, the “Grimes” name signifies dedicated client service by a uniquely skilled and highly regarded team of legal professionals. 
 
As for the new Naples, Florida office and the relationship with Arrastia, Capote & Phang, LLP, Chuck explains: “Leading the firm into new markets and creating vibrant alliances is being proactive and consistent with a results oriented approach – something that the Grimes team has successfully employed in representing our clients.  Our client service philosophy is still very much based on using our extensive experience to deliver ‘value added’ benefits to our clients.”
 
In addition, the firm is also pleased to announce that, in recognition of Chuck’s scholarly contributions to the legal profession, the Ave Maria School of Law has asked Chuck to join the law school’s faculty.  Accordingly, commencing this Fall 2013, Chuck will join the law school faculty as an adjunct professor teaching intellectual property law (the first course Chuck will teach will be Copyright Law).
