Scott Evans
Scott joins us having served as Sr. Director, IP, Advertising & AI Policy Law for Adobe. J. Scott has substantial in-house experience having worked at Fruit of the Loom, Yahoo, and Adobe. J. Scott frequently lectures on trademark, copyright, Internet, and AI policy issues and in 2017, he was awarded In-House Counsel of the Year by WTR.
Marty Schwimmer
Marty has been practicing trademark and copyright law for over 35 years. He is a member of the New York state bar. He litigates in U.S. district and appellate courts, and before the U.S. Trademark Office. Marty is a UDRP panelist and is best known as the publisher of The Trademark Blog, the world’s oldest blog devoted to trademark law.
Matthew Ladenheim
Matthew joins us having honed his craft as a named partner in his own firm for 18 years. Matthew is a Board Certified Specialist in Trademark Law. Matthew served as the Chairman of the Trademark Specialization Committee and as President of the Intellectual Property Section. He is currently the Chairman of the Board of Directors for the North Carolina State Bar Board of Legal Specialization. Matthew is also an NCDRC Superior Court Mediator.
