LIMA Japan held its annual summer networking party on Wednesday 2nd July, coinciding with the first day of Licensing Japan.  The party achieved record numbers, with more than 100 people in attendance.

Sachiko Imaizumi, representative director of LIMA Japan, gave the introduction, followed by a toast from LIMA President Charles Riotto.  Other participants of note were the Licensing of the Year (organizer: Character Databank) award winners, representatives from the Japanese Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry and other industry bodies, as well as Chris DeMoulin, President of Licensing & EVP Worldwide Customer Development at Advanstar Communications, the organizers of Licensing Expo in Las Vegas.

All attendees enjoyed two hours of networking in a casual and relaxing atmosphere.
