Mashantucket, CT — The second The Bedford by Martha Stewart restaurant opened March 14 under a licensing agreement with Foxwoods Resort Casino.

The 10,000-square-foot restaurant follows one that opened at the Paris Las Vegas in 2022. It was originally scheduled to open in fall 2025, following the signing of an agreement with Foxwoods in February 2025.

Inspired by her 1925 country farmhouse in Westchester, N.Y., The Bedford restaurant showcases  entertaining and style, with features from Stewart’s home, including marble countertops and copper cookware, that are adapted for the restaurant.

The menu is crafted using locally sourced ingredients and includes some of Martha’s favorite recipes, such as Big Martha’s ierogies, a flavorful Kurobuta pork chop, and a classic Niçoise salad. Guests can also sip on signature cocktails like the Martha-tini or the refreshing frozen pomegranate Martha-rita.
