MONTCLAIR, NJ — October 1, 2012 – The Wish Factory, the on-trend children’s consumer products company and leader in the toy and licensing industries has partnered with Mattel, Inc. to bring the Monster High™ license to the Pop Grrl Brand. Monster High™, the hugely popular franchise, which follows the perfectly imperfect teenage children of the world’s most famous monsters, continues to resonate with girls across the globe with its positive message of celebrating one’s imperfections. The Pop Grrl brand is all about hip and trendy fashion-forward must haves for girls’ everyday self-expression.
“We’re so excited to be partnered with Mattel, Inc. on a collection of licensed products for girls,” said Scott Bachrach, President of The Wish Factory. “Since the debut of the Pop Grrl line, our vision has been to take a top fashion trend and tailor the concept for the younger generation with a license like Monster High[no TMs inside quotes], which is a popular brand that girls already know and love.”
The Wish Factory is set to manufacture a collection of Monster High™ Pop Grrl Nail Charms with initial rollout in October. Pop Grrl Nail Charms are the official 3D patterned nail art that combine the collectability of charms with the personal expressive nature of fun and easy stick-on fashion nails.
