Those Licensing People Sign UK Distribution Deal for Luxury Brand ‘5 Oil’
23rd October 2014: Those Licensing People is pleased to announce its appointment as exclusive UK distributor for premium olive oil brand, 5 Oil. The agreement enables Those Licensing People to introduce 5 Oil to independent and luxury retailers throughout the UK and has plans to further develop the brand into other product categories.
Those Licensing People will be also be working to gain celebrity chef endorsement for the oil which is reputed to be amongst the world’s finest with an unparalleled quality of quintessentially good olive oil in its purest form. Actress and self-confessed foodie, Gwyneth Paltrow, certainly agrees recently describing 5 Oil as ‘pretty much the best olive oil you’ll ever taste.’
5 Oil originates from Greece and, such is its global reputation, the packaging includes Swarovski crystal elements to reinforce the luxurious nature of the oil. Without any additives, its purity captures the very essence of perfection through long tradition, supported by peak technology and gastronomical control.

Those Licensing People was established in 2013 by Russell Dever, founder of 1461 Ltd, and Executive Producer of a number of ground-breaking and award-winning children’s animated series, together with business partner Alasdair Dewar, Director at Mulberry Winford. Dever was one of the first brand owners to embrace and monetise his own IP through licensing.
Those Licensing People is a management and creative vehicle handling intellectual property rights (IP) on behalf of brand owners and covers all aspects of licensing, merchandising and distribution.
