Women in Toys, Licensing & Entertainment (WiT) Strengthens Leadership with New and Returning Board Members

Los Angeles — Women in Toys, Licensing & Entertainment (WiT) is pleased to announce the election of seven accomplished leaders to its Board of Directors. These dynamic professionals will serve a three-year term which began July 31, 2025, bringing a wealth of experience and unwavering commitment to WiT’s mission of creating an industry where members can thrive and reach their highest professional goals.

About the New Board Members
Lisa Orman is the founder and president of KidStuff PR, a public relations agency she launched in 1994 as the agency of record for retailer Zany Brainy. For more than 30 years, she has specialized in children’s products and toys, building strong media and industry relationships that have elevated countless brands. A two-time WiT Wonder Woman Award honoree, Lisa also served on the Astra Board of Directors and has led her team to become Certified Play Experts. In 2024, she sold her agency to Diverse Companies, where she continues to lead KidStuff PR and its sister agency, Diverse Insights. Lourdes Arocho is Senior Vice President of Licensing, Consumer Products & Experiences at Paramount, where she oversees global strategy for iconic franchises including PAW Patrol, SpongeBob SquarePants, Yellowstone, and Star Trek. She has led collaborations with partners such as Spin Master, LEGO, and Hasbro, and previously held senior roles at Universal Consumer Products and Nickelodeon, driving product programs for blockbuster franchises like Jurassic World, Minions, and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. With more than two decades of experience, Lourdes is a recognized leader in licensing, brand development, and retail strategy. With the expertise and dedication of its Board of Directors, WiT continues to build momentum, strengthen its global network, and deliver meaningful opportunities for professionals across the toy, consumer products, licensing, and entertainment industries.
