HOUSTON – Kitchen appliances are a new target for the RCA brand and FGS Brands has signed a new licensing agreement to manufacture and distribute RCA-branded large domestic appliances such as hoods, ovens, and ranges in the USA and Vietnam. RCA, an American icon with a legacy of quality and innovation, will now expand its presence in the home appliance sector through FGS Brands’s strong retail network.

This agreement follows established.inc’s licensing model, which connects globally recognized brands with experienced manufacturers to drive market growth. Sales of the new RCA-branded appliances are set to begin in August 2025, with a focus on retail distribution. “We started our conversations with FGS Brands last summer, and were able to sign a licensing business deal early in 2025, which is near record time for a project of this scope,” said Tony Bozinni of Texas-based established.inc.
