New York, NY — Levinsohn Textile Company Inc., a third-generation leader in home textiles and licensed consumer products, and Flex Seal® Family of Products today announced a new strategic partnership to develop a line of branded outdoor products, beginning with outdoor furniture covers and outdoor BBQ grill covers. The deal was brokered by Surge Brands, the global licensing agent for Flex Seal.

Under the agreement, Levinsohn Textiles will lead product development, design, and manufacturing, leveraging its decades of experience in creating high-quality textile-based consumer goods. The collaboration represents an expansion of Flex Seal into outdoor living categories, with outdoor covers for furniture and BBQs currently in development for retail distribution.
