• Evy of California has been granted the rights to produce and sell a wide range of Girls Apparel – (in sizes ranging from infant and toddler to 4-6x and 7-16) including sportswear, tops, bottoms, and dresses – to be sold under the Zoodorable™ and/or Minto Love™ brand names in the United States and its territories.
• JCorp has been granted the rights to produce and sell for the Canadian market a wide range of Zoodorable and Minto Love branded products including Girls (2-16) and Ladies Apparel (including but not limited to T-Shirts, Sportswear, Denim, Woven Bottoms, Knit Tops, Sleepwear, Swimwear, and Outerwear) as well as Backpacks, Bags, Lunch Boxes and Pencil Cases.
