While the value of women leaders in the workplace is widely acknowledged – gender diverse leadership teams result in better bottom lines – the challenges of how best to retain and develop high achieving women remain. To address these challenges, Licensing International is launching “Women in Licensing Leadership,” a forum for high achieving women to gather and join a facilitated conversation to discuss their career opportunities, obstacles and goals, and to identify ways to collaborate and continue career achievement.

“Women in Licensing Leadership” is a natural extension of the organization’s Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Accessibility (IDEA) Committee, created to help members and the broader licensing community build diverse and inclusive workplaces.  We remain staunchly committed to attracting, developing and retaining the best and brightest from all backgrounds to achieve superior business goals.
